Hi Susie,

Just a quick email to say a big thanks for the wonderful time Dalia had at your ranch. I know she had a lot of fun as today when we were walking on the beach with her we came across a couple of pet sitters with a pack of dogs and she was so excited to join them for their walk rather than walking with us! I think she wanted to be back with the pack!
We would definitely love to use your wonderful services again when next we travel.

Bogey and Chelsea had such a great time at SDDR! We all enjoyed your ATV tour. And it was so good to see B and C romping around with their new friends on the video you sent. Our whole visit was so much better knowing that they were in your care. They, and we, can't wait to come back--SDDR is truly a very, very special place!

Sam's dogie Dude Ranch is a canine heaven on earth.
The owner, Susie, is the gate keeper extraordinaire.
She possesses vast knowledge and has a 6th sense,
when it comes to her furry boarders.
I have never seen a group of more happier, adjusted, well cared for
dogs. She runs her boarders twice a day. Knows all their names and backgrounds
off the tip of her tongue. If you must be away and need care, it is well worth the drive
to board at SDDR. You will never want to return to your old provider.

Susie: As always, My boy had an "excellent adventure" this past weekend at SDDR. The ride on the ATV Sat. morning was an experience I will never forget. The beautiful hills of a dozen shades of green, the wildflowers, the dogs running joyously free in their pack, cattle and horses grazing and the view sweeping down to that cobalt blue ocean was breath-taking. Too bad everyone can't see that. Of all the places I have ever left my dog, yours is the only one where I don't feel guilty driving away after the drop-off. In fact I feel a little jealous that he's the one who is going to enjoy his time with you. Just seeing the look on his fuzzy face when I picked him up was enough to know he is stoked to return soon. And we will. Dick B.

What a wonderful weekend. What can I say...Brutus had an outstanding time at Sam's Dogie Dude Ranch--again! I didn't expect any less. He was so tired last night that he slept on the living room couch...couldn't stir himself to come into the bedroom until this morning. Now he's laying on the patio soaking up some sun and having a nice snooze.

Unfortunately the only pictorial memory we have is the photo you sent me Sat. of him in his favorite cattle trough with those gorgeous wildflower hills behind. I on the other hand managed to shoot 4 min. of video on my iPhone on that last run Sunday with my hand in front of the lens. So I have 4 min. of the palm of my hand...that's why they have to retrain us Infantry types regularly! Next time I'll do better I promise.
